Betty is a resilient Cane Corso with a heartbreaking past and a bright future ahead. She was rescued from the California fires and taken to a shelter, where she waited for someone to claim her—but no one came. Eventually, a kind couple adopted her, but tragedy struck again when they lost their home. Forced to live in their van with Betty and several other dogs, they made the painful decision to surrender her, hoping she could have a better life.
Betty is a strong, confident girl who embodies the true Corso spirit. She needs an experienced adopter who understands the breed and can continue her socialization, providing the guidance and stability she craves. While she does well with other dogs, a home without toddlers would be best. With the right person by her side, Betty will thrive, showing her loyalty, intelligence, and deep capacity for love. She’s ready for a fresh start—one where she can finally feel safe, secure, and at home.
