Gus is a two-year-old Great Dane-English Mastiff mix with a heart as big as his paws. Despite his tough start—surrendered for euthanasia simply because his former owners had no other option—Gus’s kind and loving nature shined through the moment he arrived at the shelter. Recognizing what a special dog he is, the shelter quickly reached out to rescue, and now Gus is on his way to finding a forever home where he will be truly cherished.
This gentle giant has a soft, sweet temperament and thrives in the company of other big dogs. He’s house-trained, knows basic commands, and walks well on a leash. He’s also a great car companion, making every ride a relaxed and enjoyable experience. With his calm demeanor and affectionate nature, Gus is ready to bring love, loyalty, and a whole lot of snuggles to a family who will appreciate him for the amazing dog he is.
