Meet Bear- Bear is in our rescue because he had no where to go and after being adopted when he was a puppy he was returned to the rescue as a adult. Bear was with a different rescue and we offered to take him on to seee if we can help this sweet guy to find a forever home. Bear loves to play and run and can go jogging or for long walks with no problems. He is 4 yrs old and 1/2 corso 1/2 ddb and that is why he is red and has gray on his face and around his eyes. He has alwasy even as a pup looked like that and that is the breeding and the colors of both breeds combined. Bear is fine with children over the age of 2 yrs and is crate trained and house trained. He is only about 100 to 105 lbs right now and could use a few more pounds. He just seems a little sad right now as he was in a foster home for the last year and now he is in boarding, pretty confusing to this guy. We are not looking for a huge donation for this boy, rather we are looking for a second chance for him, and with a family or someone that will commit to him and not just for a couple of years. The first home he had gave him back to rescue at 3 yrs and then turned around and adopted a younger dog. Bear is a very sweet and well mannered four year old Neapolitan/Doge De Bordeau mix. He has been an absolute love and deserves a wonderful home. Bear does loves kids. He loves to be around his people but does well while alone while inside/outside or in his crate. He has had a tough life which has led to early grey hair (go figure :)) Please consider Bear for your home, you wont regret it.
